Post Nasal Drip

Use a neti pot. Its mechanically clears the sinus!
You can use normal salt. Its the best thing ever. It really works and it works well. You will never have to use medication again.

As someone that has suffered from post nasal drips my entire life until recently, I'll give you my input. Looking at prevention is the best option as once you have the drip you end up at the doctor. Your going to need something with cortisone then!!!

I use a chronic antihistamine called Fexo180 - there is a cheaper generic called Fexaway180. This is a 3rd generation one and has no side effects, unlike sinutab. The 180mg dosage lasts 24hrs because its a slow releasing chronic.

The cheaper 120mg only last 12hrs as its a seasonal application.

I commute to work on a rather hectic route and am exposed to many pollutants and pollens. The stuff works, no more nasal drips.

sounds like the right stuff, is it available over the counter?

Next time you go, organise me a fix:D

i call it my fix, I can't operate with out the stuff :D the only problem is that you have to use it basically for the rest of your life, works out to about R50 a month

Exactly why I prefer the mechanical method. Its not about the money, more about the constant use of drugs. I'm surprised that nobody else has commented on the neti pot. Oprah Winfrey even had it on her show one day.

Will......i'm off to the doctor....sinutab worked half....i now have no voice from all the cr@p running down my throat :(
