I found it very useful in Aug 2022 when I redid my vehicle license disks without any additional fee. Seems you are wrong about it's usefulness to others.

Its very useful to pay grants and the handful of branches doing renewals, but as a POST office it is freaking useless and a disgrace.
Just rename it to Grant Office or License Renewal Office.
