All the people paying value added TAX (aka VAT) at the shops are confused about your statement...

My money is on the post office being rescued and getting new management.

Nomkhita Mona, Group CEO of the South African Post Office, clearly deserves her salary package. She has done an amazing job so far.
 
There's a bunch of donkey carts already purchased that will be perfect to complete the circus **** show that is SAPO.

I actually went to find and read this. It's a load of waffle and wouldn't pass muster in the private sector. It may have been viable around 2005ish.

They publish things like the following but with no information on how they will mitigate:
