Power Bank for Laptop

So I'm looking for a device to charge my laptop and phone when I don't have power and have found these two options. I just can't decide which is the best to go for, any opinions or other suggestions?

Take a look at the Romoss Sofun Range. They are available on Takealot and a few other online shops.
I want one as well.
