I go into most pc stores and these together costs R100 or more!!!

I donated all mine away two years ago to child care...didn't know they'd be this expensive when I actually need it.

Now I finally got everything ready to give my bro a Xmas surprise...7950GT AGP, DVI cables...now all I ned to do is go back to my parent's...take out the 6200A and put the card in while he showers and tell him I installed a patch that will make everything smoother and clearer...

I put the gfx for my bro...everything working well.

Go home and 5min later my bro calls me saying the pc went...POP!

Have you tested the hardware with another PSU kust to check what is fried?

Just hoping nothing...else I didnt upgrade his pc but blew everything up...

What are the chances everything is blown? I did notice with his previous psu, the voltage ratings would go up and down...like the values are all over but it didnt seem to make a diff...

Its always much lower than the rated value but he could play with it like normal...
