This is my friend's schedule for his area in Richards bay. It's stage 2 on stage 6  Not sure why it's like this, but even Durban has more load-shedding.

Maybe because of all the factories and smelteries?
Every day, more ANC lies revealed...

Yeah, all these weak folk complaining about having 4 hour slots... Pfft, spend a week in JHB. I really drew the **** stick that was shoved so far up Gweeze's ass it can be harvested for natural gases, this weekend. Literally, 1/2 of my weekend is going to be spent getting in touch with my ancestors sitting by the fire pit.

Some better news - Jo'burg Friday 21st is predicted 2 degrees warmer now.

We didn't go off for our 2am slot this morning.
What's the point of that??

No Durban has even less, they only have 2 hour slots
Those are all 2 hour slots. 4 hours per day loadshedding, 3 days in a row.

What I did find odd, is that the municipality use both odd and even times if you look at today's.

It's the first time I've seen that.

Supposed to be done with water shedding then.
Oh it was supposed to be done at 5am today, they are supposed to start pumping and higher areas will take longer to recover, but there will still be water, maybe a bit.
Last time Eikenhof was off a few days water recovery took about 2 to 3 days. But jhb water seems to have let the reservoirs run dry

Yep, there were different circumstances for different areas published. Main work here was completed Wed. night.

Still no sign of these 11 units failing, I suspect they just want to save OCGT usage:

Why would they be done just before peak time? Surely being done at midnight or 10pm or something is better so the reserves can build up when people are sleeping?
