I do not know law etc etc, but does the Constitution not say something that Govt must provide adequate water and sanitation?
If so, does loadshedding not mean that Govt cannot ensure adequate water and sanitation, due to breakdowns due to power outages at pumping stations or sewerage works, or that continuous loadshedding has a negative impact on the reliability of pumps etc?
Can someone please enlighten me, as it is my wishful thinking that there might be a loophole which allows us to lodge a Class Action lawsuit against Eskom/Govt
