LOL, I'm not on the neighbourhood group. DA councillor is part of it, and is the most useless prick. People constantly kissing his ass made me sick. Brags about arranging for the road markings to be freshly painted............RIGHT OVER THE PLETHORA OF POTHOLES! Dont get me start on the speed bumps installed for no apparent reason in streets where there is no speeding/accident problem whatsoever. Again, right next to potholes that have been there for YEARS! Sorry, I'm ranting lol. Viva DA.

I've caused soon much kak, the councilor booted me from a group and then phoned me to **** me out. I maintained they work for us not the other way around. She got real pissed at that.

We just got a new bastard via by-election. Last time I vote da. ****ing *****.

Better than my affluent ward, of which some apparently complained they were missing LS slots (I'm guessing they felt they needed to justify the hefty solar cost installations to themselves). To his credit, our DA councilor told them to get lost (obviously in a much more polite way).

In my town, the indian DA ward councilor shat out the indian area for voting for a black candidate over her. It's hilarious to me , 'politicians' are the worst.
 
Eskom will probably go into overdrive with planned maintenance this summer. Then when election time rolls around next year, all planned maintenance will suddenly cease and they will run everything they have into the ground in order to give the appearance that load shedding has been solved/things are improving.
