They stole so much and did such a **** job for so long that the reseves required to keep the country running when expected issues occur are no longer available..in fact it is so bad that even when almost everything is running and no maintenance is being done there is still not enough electricity to keep the lights on and industry growing to provide jobs..diesel bills are killing business profits and tax income to the country...the ANC has single handedly turned the country into a steaming pile of shlt in one generation..
