If you had to ask me my opinion, its like this-In all honesty I am seeing a few people posit this idea recently, and whilst it may not be entirely incorrect its also ever so slightly early for them to be pushing things to the limit just to win the elections... so far in advance they run the very real risk of peaking too early and the power system falling even further than it did before.
