For sure. I'm not saying they're directly comparable. Bree street obviously a little more complicated. More civils to do. However it's not rocket science.

It's been 4 months at this point though and repairs still haven't started. I don't care how complicated the job is it's incompetence that repairs haven't started yet.

The government, including most cities are totally incapacitated and there is nothing they can do, not even the most simple things, so everything is a tender, as soon as the tender is awarded, some losing bidder is going to contest it and interdict the whole thing.

When the winning tenderer finally does start doing the work, they will just leave in the middle of it after getting their millions and leave an unfinished project, the government will then go on unending court cases trying to recover the money, the project would stall and some other tenderpreneur woukd have to be appointed and just pray that they do finish the work.

That is pretty much the story of government and the projects they do.

I hope we do, cause if we don't we have that stupid 6pm and 8pm shedding, you know with the new schedule CP blessed us with for less shedding.
Last Outage update from Monday did show partial PLCF update and lower UCLF, but OCLF was also up partially with EAF going up 2%.

So you're block 15? Remember things have moved all over the place. You're lucky if you were skipped, I was shed 15 minutes later on Monday, will be interesting to see if we skip 2 to 4
