I'm not sure the blocks work together this way anymore. We know someone well in Houghton West and they're part of new block 13, haven't heard they're having any trouble.

Last night our area had what seems to have been a planned but unscheduled repair, exactly 6.5 hours from 6pm.
Possibly the reason we had skipping, waiting for parts etc.

Anyway - what was interesting was for the first time in years our streetlight was on. Could this be a reason for so many suburbs in Jo'burg now being split into more than one block - allow some streetlights and robots to still work with a bit of cross-wiring?
