Probably seeing as it's the system they normally use to update broadcasters on what alert to send, you know the ones we used to see on TV.

Its always reactionary. TV just reports what the level is currently until eskom announces something else. Poweralert I maintain is just educated guess work.

I see Koeberg is outputting 1GW.

Educated guesswork is better then a thumbsuck from nothing :) being in the IT field sometimes the educated guesswork is the answer.
