No idea on the losing it quicker, but every time there's been a major outage, I'm out like hours before anyone else is, but when it's "restored" we're back hours before others. Logically it doesn't make sense as higher areas should be out first.
 
hmm an actual improvement, but seems it will remain stage 2/4

Not great seeing the last updates to reports on the Eskom data portal for hourly unplanned outages or station build-up were on the 3rd, with data from the 2nd. Hope it's just a temporary glitch and not a sign of what's to come under Dan Marokane.
