Nah don't think so, he's run his generator till midnight sometimesAccording to a media report, I read a few days ago, JHB has a regulation saying generators can only be on between 7 am-10 pm (guessing that is for residential purposes). Unfortunately, CoCT doesn't have anything like that and our very elderly neighbours have it on at all hours, except for between midnight and 5 am. It's so bloody loud...but apparently, the diesel costs are becoming exorbitant so they are getting a battery + inverter system installed next month. Happy days.
