I don't need contacts. My guesstimate is that the peak figures are a point in time that wouldn't explain the level of load shedding. You'll need to see how close demand and supply look over a period of at least a day or night time period. I can also speculate that they cut top deep due to the unpredictable nature of the supply.

I suppose the kind of things we discuss are more common than we realise, certain events will trigger specific ideas all over online, so if they get wind of that they could be posting excuses. Or could be real, or even both.
