We had a music & DJ noise every weekend behind us, no kidding as loud as an outdoor concert! Cops warned them many times, nothing happened, was only resolved 'cos the house owner threw them out.

Also note my off peak ran till 8:30am because the car didn't finish charging until then. Normal off peak on this tariff ends at 5:30am but the charger negotiates with the energy company
