Probably because it looks like diesel is low and pumped storage is offline

I don't know why but I just find that funny amongst the broader context that I still don't have constant water supply since the shutdown like 4 months ago. Have water from like 10am to around 4pm and then nothing everyday

That's odd, I've had water issues but mainly as they've been fixing pipes.
