As I see it, if ANC has money then Eskom does (can have).
ANC always has money argument - their international support teams never seem to say no.
ANC never has money argument - their members squander it as always.
Their support seems to be in favour of renewables being built, but somehow that's still not enough to motivate.
Building for coal... doubt that can happen in our lifetimes.
Retrofit for coal... only when they get desperate, methinks maybe in 3 or 4 years time.
