They have just stopped updating a few of the graphs it seems, the demand graphs were last updated in November lol

Yeah, but none of the big power hungry sectors have opened yet. Obviously some more commercial places have opened but would it really make a substantial difference to the demand profile? Then again, this could all be a supply issue, with very little changing in demand.

Things do actually open again after Xmas, not the big stuff, but restaurants, smaller businesses and such

Actually this is the first they've gone this far
 
UPDATE: Stage 4 from midnight until 5am, then stage 3 until 4pm and then stage 4 again until midnight. This will apply daily.
