Wouldn't be surprised if they are having to do maintence on the plants because of how much they have been used in the last 12 monthsLooks like diesel has run out again and the last time they had enough capacity to pump water back was on the 27th:

THU: Stage 5 from midnight until midnight (all day).
FRI: Stage 5 from midnight until 5am, then stage 4 until midnight.
SAT: Stage 4 from midnight until 5am, then stage 3 until midnight.
SUN: Stage 3 from midnight until 5am, a break until 4pm, then stage 2 until midnight.
