Because they are already using diesel to maintain that number, means ~1000MW of units have already broken down...

Nope. Diesel is above and beyond the ~27000MW. Also remember that a deal has been worked out behind closed doors for Eskom to get R4 billion worth of diesel which should last until the end of March. The idea that Eskom will run out of diesel no longer really applies.

The OCGTs are not included in the final generation capacity figure, also 5 OCGTs is 750MW or thereabouts, as some units are 168MW some are 140

Lets see how long R4 billion lasts if they use all 22 turbines. Probably 7 days.

only 14 use gas, the remaining 6 are keroesene and actually haven't seen 20 being used in a long time

Exactly, because the diesel would run out in days.

Since when do they run on gas, or is that american gas which is a liquid? Where does the gas come from? Why do some run on kerosene? I'm sure there are no stupid road taxes on kerosene so why not use that instead of diesel?

I do believe they actually are included, same way that they include MLR in total declared generation.

Port Rex and Acacia run on keroesene, the IPPS run on LNG and Gourikwa and Ankerlig run on diesel.
Port Rex and Acacia are tiny, both are only 170MW each

Nope they are not, neither is the MLR.
MLR is 100% in Eskom's declared generation, it's the funky baby poop yellow line on their graphs. I know Sikonathi's number doesn't include it but Im pretty sure I remember an older tweet of his confirming that diesel is included

I mean it's easy enough to figure out if it's included or not, just pull out the latest graph from Eskom, should match his number - MLR if diesel is included. Currently don't have power otherwise I'd do it myself lol
