Or the river. Or the treatment plants that put water into the taps. And by extension if the taps are schit, everywhere is schit...
0.0000000000001% of the kzn population goes to the river for fun. Treatment plants are to clean the sewerage into grey water before it flows into the river, got nothing to do with tap water. We don't have a tap water quality problem.

I'm not worried. City Power decided we didn't need power the whole of yesterday. So I'm back to being able to cope with stage 4 and beyond.
