I wonder if you can connect it to Home Assistant - then you can just get notifications to your phone when grid dies.

I run my geyser and a few other things via google home. It's easy to see when power is on or off.

Zone 5 CT was 2am-4am but came on again after 3am. Had missed 4 hour and 2 hour slots over the last week as well. Very unusual for me, first year I've experienced skipped slots, they're usually bang on/off for every one.

That's what puzzled me as well.
