They've made fuss, Eskom has just refused to do anything about it, they will pull their engineers out of troubled areas.
Eskom looks like they've had enough now.

Wind doesn't get counted in the overall Eskom generation in Sikhonati tweets, also Monday we were 4GW over demand.
