Cannot say anything about PTA because then you will be touching the DA crowd on their studio…
Most areas are Average and some have insanely poor reliability of supply.
Most of the East PTA is a joke when it comes to power. The North seems more stable.

Does Tshwane have a separate company in charge of electricity? I think theirs is still a division within the municipality.

Had a colleague get charged 1 million, turned out the meter reader read the address wrong.One black dude they interviewed has a building, one month they charged him about R600 000 just for water!!

I still do think these meter reading ous swap the readings deliberately around so as to benefit somebody else...

we had an incorrect reading applied and were still fighting it. for the last few months i was doing my own accompanied by a picture. we've now been moved to prepaid
