Hence I am not participating in the census , and hope they get a false reading. My Rates and taxes goes to the City of Cape Town, yet I fall on Eskoms's grid. City of Cape Town always proud's themselves on additional electricity but only to the City Bowl and white areas.

Absolutely. We have all colors and races in our neighbourhood. Literally. We all get treated the same by coct.

You can always move to PE or Jhb or to the moon or somewhere else as opposed to complaining.

You chose to stay in an area where power is supplied by Eskom and not CoCT and yet somehow you want to blame someone else for your choice. Also you don't pay electrical tarrifs to CoCT in Eskom supplied areas. Like how you slip in half truths to try and make your argument stick.

Very convenient that Jo'burg doesn't still have a similar advantage given their Kelvin power station usage.

And no, I don't believe the figures involved, City Power wouldn't have tried their luck in the first place then. This is political changes.
