Nah. They're in trouble with peeps up to their necks, will do anything they can to prevent it now.

It was synchronised to the grid in December - and been under test ever since. If it were to blow up; it would have done so by now,

No unit anywhere is capable of avoiding cascading reaction though.
They did say that the behavour is being closely studied for ways to improve on that.
 
Power alerts received through Load Shedding Notifier. So it will probably come?

Same as Tuesday, only if the poo poo hits the fan, the actual outages are 4GW lower then what we had last week.
