Stage 3 seems reasonable as demand should start dropping if go on last years numbers.

They are willing to burn everything including some generation units to keep the lights on so should be a good Christmas.

I'm just going on numbers. If we have 23000 available and between the 20th and 25th the demand will be below 26000mw (I'm even assuming it will be lower than last year for a few reasons) then maintaining stage 3 is possible.
