The capacity never includes the Octgs?
The 48/49GW must include renewables and pumped
Cause it's 38GW coal, 1.8GW nuclear, 3GW octgs and 1.5GW inports so 44GW.

It never includes it but its shown in addition. But they don't run those because there is no budget for it. To me thats the same as a breakdown as its unavailable. If they could run them we would have a few thousand more MW available even though its listed separately.
