Station build-up for the last 7 days - Eskom Data Portal
This shows how resources were used to build-up the demand over the past 7 days, and it includes both generation and demand side resources that Eskom has contracts with.www.eskom.co.za
Must have bribed the power mafia then.Doesn't look like they are burning much
How can you tell? Today is the 5th.Doesn't look like they are burning much
Cause of the power alertHow can you tell? Today is the 5th.
How do you see the level of loadshedding in that graph?Cause of the power alert
You don'tHow do you see the level of loadshedding in that graph?
Cause it has declared availability and if the declared availability is higher then the demand that means they aren't using diesel, if the demand exceeds the availability they would be dipping into the max avaliablity on the side, or they'd load shedSo then how do you know how much diesel they using to stop loadshedding?
I would love to know how they work out the blue line available capacity.

You are so lucky, we're only going to hit 29 hoursCan't believe it, looks like we're actually gonna reach a full 44 hours without being officially shed![]()
You're never lucky with them :- (You are so lucky, we're only going to hit 29 hours
Nope we never are, even when they announce a lower stage where we will be skipped, Eskom will then go oh yeah we're going to stage 4 at 12 and guess who's at 12.You're never lucky with them :- (
The green line is still under the blue line when there is stage 6 loadshedding isn't it?Cause it has declared availability and if the declared availability is higher then the demand that means they aren't using diesel, if the demand exceeds the availability they would be dipping into the max avaliablity on the side, or they'd load shed
Oooh hell no, when we were on stage 6 that green line was over the blue and redThe green line is still under the blue line when there is stage 6 loadshedding isn't it?
