Hi

I've just purchased a powerline adapter for wifi extension and the first thing I read in the manual is it doesn't work in a multiplug. Is this true? What is the reason?

We are very plug Limited.

The way that multiplugs are designed and the type and quality of the conductive materials.. also, the wires used to connect the plug point to the DB board is a solid conductor..

Best option is to change an existing plug point to a double if you don't already have any double plug points..

Will it not work at all?

Thanks I will.

Secondly... The first option is to connect with ethernet cable, plug the other adapter where you want wifi... The second is wifi clone. Please explain the difference. I was hoping they would all broadcast the same ssid and seamlessly switch. Am I off base?
