powerpoint 2007 issue

hi guys - i really hope someone can help me at this late stage...i'm lost

customer in a domain environment ...having problems with powerpoint slides NOT showing text content
in slides correctly....powerpoint VIEWER works 100% but powerpoint itself doesnt.

have reloaded powerpoint - no diff
have upgraded ie7 to ie8 - no diff
have compared page setups between pcs - no diff in result
have compared powerpoint options/advanced options - no diff

pc a - saves ppt file to nas ....with office 2003
pc b - opens ppt file from nas - all fine ...with office 2007 sp2
pc c - opens ppt file from nas , text missing/not fitting blocks in presentation...with office 2007 sp2

i dunno what more i can try?

i've tried domain admin logon with pc - no diff

any ideas?

Change the default printer to a local one. Even one note's printer will work.
