PPDB usage

I loaded R220 (2xR110) worth of airtime and purchased a MyMeg 500 bundle. I have not made any calls with this sim.
My current airtime balance is R16.79 and data bundle available is 12MB. My airtime balance should be R31 (R220-R189) Are there hidden costs that I don't know about?

I submitted a query via the v4me query system. How do they respond do these queries? A few days later v4me query tracker says that my query has been CLOSED!

Here's a copy of v4me "last 10 transactions"

How did you load your bundle? IIRC if you load it from V4ME its not always activated immediately so you could have been charged for out of bundle data before your bundle was activated even though you'd already purchased it.

Never used the 'v4me query system', maybe forward the v4me query response(s) to [email protected] and see what they say - assuming it isn't the same department, also enquire about the exact date and time when your PPDB was activated on Vodacom's systems.

Yes, it was loaded via the v4me.
I've sent an email to customer care, waiting for feedback.
