PPPoE authentication time

Last week I could connect within a minute or less with my Smoothie.

This week the authentication time increased, and now am able to connect after two minutes.

Something going on?

Using axxess prepaid.

Peerharps you are nawt disconnecting properly, and the 2 minutes is the previous connection timeout?

@ stoke - the axxess bandwidth manager is updated, which means my session is closed properly.

I will reboot my Smoothie and see if it helps, thanks for the idea.

Beta software, after all, have lots of fun funnies hidden all over the place.

My authentication times have also increased a lot over the past week.

On my Kubuntu box sometimes the PPPoE connection fails to authenticate on boot up. On Windows XP the authentication is very slow and often times out so it's not an OS issue.
