I connect to the Internet through a WISP. Since Last week no Internet :( My setup is as follows - Antenna on the roof that connects to my D-link WAN router and from there to the my PCs. Thought the problem was with the WISP, no problem that side. Logon to Antenna router board, shows on web interface connected to tower, but cant make a PPPOE connection from the D-link, so my router is stuffed - NOPE! Can create PPPOE connection from my PC, but cant from my laptop or my other PC. Same settings no PPPOE. Shared Connection of PPPOE Pc that works for internet connection for the others. Why is PPPOE not working on my D-Link router? Took router in working fine. Why is the PPPOE connection only working from one PC when Created and not on the others? Guys this is weird problem and I need help

1. Factory reset the unit.
2. If still not working chuck the D-Link
3. Ask your Boss for a new router..... ;)

There is probably something wrong with your setup. What is the error message you are getting on the laptop and the other PC?

Also when trying the other computers do you completely remove the D-link or still use it as a switch?

Maybe get a Billion as I've heard they work well with Wisps when configured correctly.

i just got a dillion and cant get a pppoe connection either :(

Thanks for all the advice but no luck. The D-link is completely removed. Still error 678 on both laptop and the other PC when PPPOE connection is made. Will try the Billion solution, hope it wlll work. I want to know why can only one specific PC create a PPPOE connection and not the others?

Well a couple of things I can think about:

1. So you disconnect the PC that can connect and then only have the laptop connected no switch in between nothing?

2. Does the WISP not maybe link your MAC address from the PC for a certain period so nothing else can connect?

3. Download Raspppoe and try that on the laptop.
