I get the error 619 when ever I try to connect wireless to the net at work. The link between the router and wireless dongle is established.

I have permission from my manager to use the internet, with my own ISP account.

The modem is a 105WR (no account loaded on router),
DWL-G122 wireless G USB dongle (my own),
PC P4 Celeron D, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Win XP Pro.

If I connect to the router with a Laptop's wireless I don't have any problems. When I create my own PPPoE on my managers PC, I don't have any problems.

The router firewall and WPA encryption is activated. Switching it off is not an option.

Where must I start looking now?

Do you have a PPPoE driver installed? Explorer -> Right-click My Network Places -> Properties -> Right-click you connection -> Properties -> Check for a PPPoE driver

Sorry for the late reply was extremely busy yesterday.

That PC is running Win XP Pro SP2.

It looks like the PPPoE driver is there

Me and 2 friends of mine had endless problems getting PPPOE to work over wifi with WPA. We're sharing an ADSL line between the 3 of us. Presently we're running WEP as we just can't get WPA to work. We're using Linksys WRT54-GL routers with special firmware.

One thing I learned the first step to debug a wifi connection is to switch off security and then gradually raise the security level until you find the problem.

Set your router/modem to dial up. PPPoe over wireless is not always possible. Google for more info

Cheers
