PQSound - Legit?

Hi all

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I reckon it is somewhat of a 'security' matter.
I've never been into online shopping and, as a result, I'm very cautious of buying anything online. I always worry that one of those random shopping sites could be a scam to phish for credit card numbers or steal money.

So I'm looking for a place to buy new drivers for an old set of Luxor Hi-Fi speakers that have pretty much decayed over the past few decades. I found this site called PQSound that has everything I need at much better prices than a place like Hi-Fi corporation or New World. Only problem is that I've never heard of them before and I don't know whether I can or should risk buying anything online via a website which I don't know.

Can anyone tell me 1) Is http://www.pqsound.co.za/ legit? and 2) how can I tell in future if an online store is not just a scam or a front?

It looks legit, although not well setup.
their "terms of use" page bombs.

they claim to use "Paygate" as a payment portal (for online payments).
If they are in fact using Paygate then they never even see the credit card details of their customers.

If one makes a purchase (on the payment page) with Paygate then you're re-directed to Paygate's site and they (Paygate) handle the transaction (SSL secured) and in-turn pay the merchant once the transaction is completed.
