pre 8am 500ms - after 2000ms -saix adsl

So whats going on here - 7:30 when pinging google.com i get the usual 500ms.

Skype working fine -

Now at 11:30 when pinging google.com i get the 2000ms.
skype is useless

Whats going on here?

Im using telkom Internet
