Pre-order

No thanks on BTgames, they will never see a single rand from me ever again. KuK service is KuK service and I dont support companys like that..
 
Question regarding a place like Take 2 thou. If one pre-orders it when do you actually get it? In your post box on the 7th? Or do they only start sending it out on the 7th? Because option 2 basically defies the point of pre-ordering...
 
well, considering the time it took me to find it on take2's website, vs on btgames, and the R3 difference, I'll do btgames thanks :D and I go find me some hot wow geekladynerd at the midnite launch :D

I pre-order, i take my print out to store, i hand it to the guy, he hands me my game, i walk out..?

Same, never had an issue with BTgames in Clearwater mall. I order it online (Cheaper) print the order and drive there. (I actually need to wait for them to pack my order but I take chances and they supply me no problem. Never had an issue.) I'll pre-order online and collect at the midnight launch.

Anyone know the price of the Cataclysm CE at BTgames on pre-order? Only see the standard version on their site.

Lets take TBC, ordered TBC CE edition get to the store : Sorry sir we didn't get enough copy's for all our orders. So I said fine just gimme a normal copy : Sorry Sir we all sold out on those. Now I joined TBC a week lates cos I couldn't get a Copy of a game I pre-ordered 3 months back and thats just one 1 time I got kuk service not gonna list them ALL here and now

Sorry the way my brain is wired is if I get KuK service at one shop I dislike the shops as a whole

So far I haven't had any problems with BT Games, heck.... the Centurion branch doesn't even ask for a print........... I walk in, give my name, take my game and leave.

Been there only once and I'll admit that store didn't rub me the right way the one time I was there :o
 
BTGames WoW launch service is great. Can't speak about anything else but as someone else mentioned, you just print out your order, hand it over when they call your name and go home and start playing an hour before the Europeans ;)
 
Animeworx in Brightwater are also getting stock, their service is far above that of BTgames. Just a shame that Zaps hasn't confirmed their stock, so I couldn't order through them..

( Have to call them though, no site orders )
 
Zaps does have Cataclysm on their online shop. WoW Cataclysm.

I haven't seen Brightwater AWX carry any PC game stock, but I haven't looked thoroughly. Lots of Nintendo DS games. I know the one in Centurion always have stock of some PC games, and haven't seen the Fourways shop yet.
Also, AWX tends to be more a bit more expensive than the other places.
