Just made a call to Gemini in Silverton, Pretoria. Number listed on Google +27128041537. Appears to be landline.
On my contract on Telkom I have 3 separate minute silos.
Telkom Mobile,
Telkom Fixed line
All net minutes.
To my surprise this call did not count against any of these but were billed. According to Telkom this is a premium line as it is provided by an ISP (probably voip) and is thus billed separately.
There was no indication or three beeps you normally hear when going to a different network.
Anybody aware of this or know how this is billed by other operators?
