My mate ordered a machine from a few weeks ago. It was all trouble-free & she was happy with them.

Her order was a straight-forward laptop, so I don't know what they'd be like with more complex orders tho
 
I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. 3 weeks later, I've already shopped some more, ordered, collected, returned a DOA and received a working replacement from laptopdirect. Tip top service from THEM. Can't say the same for premiumlaptop
