Hey, i was wondering if adsl prepaid accounts can be time locked to work between certain times and for a fixed time per day or week. Reason got little siblings who use net uhm and i remember axxess accounts having useful features. Anyway they sit too long on net and this seems a good sol as they use too much they also cut off and i like the fixed cost aspect. Plus i need to explain to parents how it all works before i move out too lol and the not tech inclined. Also what works out better cost wise for rental as bw they not use alot of tho if 1gb works out cheaper then as main acc that would work to(updates, and parents to use). Anyways.. Suggestions?

Sounds more like something that would need to be set up on your router settings apposed to your ISP.
