Prepaid Data - Help Needed

I recently moved and need some advice.

I need internet for:

Send / Receive e-mail's daily
Send Quotes to clients
Send invoices to client
Basic browsing
NO online gaming
NO downloading of movies, tv shows etc
Just basic internet usage

It has to be mobile. ADSL / fibre isn't an option

1) Where would be a good place to purchase a 3G mobile USB stick for internet? ( If anyone here has one to sell please let me know )

2) I'm looking for about 10GB a month about. Plus minus. Who is the best Provider / cheapest Provider to go for?

3) No contract of any kind. Must be prepaid.

I'm in the Western Cape Northern Suburbs.

Cell-C have Giga Anytime prepaid packages valid for 365 days.

Giga 100 @ R1499
Giga 200 @ R1999

The Giga 100 works out to about R124.92 for 8.33GB per month and the Giga 200 to about R166.58 for 16.67GB per month.

It's a big initial outlay though. They sell modems too.
