Prepaid Electricity system down?

Is anyone else having trouble purchasing prepaid electricity?
I've been trying since last night and each time the Standard Bank app says successful, followed by an SMS saying unsuccessful and an amount retuned SMS.

Searching "prepaid electricity" on twitter also shows a few people complaining. Doesnt seem isolated to Standard Bank
