Prepaid electricity with ABSA

I've been trying to purchase prepaid electricity with ABSA but I get an error at the last step. It did work once for me a few months back when I used it for the first time. This is just annoying as hell. Does anyone use ABSA's online service to buy electricity and does it work?

I'm in Cape Town. Are there any other safe ways to purchase electricity apart from driving to the shop each time?

I am using Powertime. they have apps for your phone too. a bit annoying though when they have technical problems just when you need them. you can also register you phone number and buy via sms now. not sure if they do cape town. i am in pta/tshwane munic.

I decided to rather just drive to shop. Used ABSA a few times, but it was horribly annoying going through about ten different steps on your phone just to have it fail at the last moment, forcing you to do the whole thing over. I now only use it when I simply cannot leave the house.
