Prepaid Meter Help

Hi,

So my parents finally got a meter after a 2 year wait.
But there is already a problem. The "new" touch screen thingy where you enter the token details isn't actually crediting the meter?

No message about the token being rejected or anything. Sends the token I've entered and returns to the usual.

City Power can't assist :wtf: because they have contracted the roll-out and maintenance of this to another company so at a bit of a loss.

Anyone have some helpful advice :)

Strange that they can't assist because if you have a fault with your box, they replace it free of charge. It sounds like your folks might have a faulty box that needs replacing. Phone the faults department.

Does this mean they currently don't have any electricity?
