Been using my Telkom prepaid sim very well for months... and now I've done something silly and dont know how to get back to how it was.
I usually just convert airtime to data bundles, using the app on my phone, has worked well.
Then I randomly decided to buy data via *180# the other day, and I am not sure what type of data I was trying to buy but I got the message something along the lines of "this type of data requires that your account switches to some data type account, would you like to continue" and me thinking oh I only use data anyways agreed and said yes.
Since I did this I cannot purchase from data bundles on the app anymore, I can only purchase from the LTE data .... and no matter how much I buy I remain offline.... however Facebook and whatsapp works. If I go to about my account on the app its says Smart Broadband Wireless Prepaid.
How do I go back to what I had before?
