Is anyone else experiencing a lot of problems in the pretoria area? These last two weekends I have had no internet access through neotel, and no response from anyone in their company as to why this is happening.

Live in Moreleta Park & got my neotel Prime Unlimited on the 4th of feb...Was promised an excelent coverage..got my phone & strugled up until yesterday just to get an antena. Unfortionately i'v only discovered these blogs today as I have just been confirmed by them that the fault is not with myself only.. Ive strugled from day1to get an responce out of neotel as all of them are clueless..doesnt realy help them answering their phones imediately but have no clue what to tell us..i had an rssi of 107 before antena, after antena was installed yesterday got rssi of 64 but today again 71...the funniest thing about all of this is that my download/upload speeds havent improved at all..
