Pretoria Uber availability - your experiences

Hi all. With the arrival of level 2, our local drinking establishments have been allowed to operate again. Generally when i frequent my local, I make use of Uber. My concern is whether it is easy to obtain the services of Uber in the 9pm to 10pm timeslot, so that I am not stranded after curfew.

What has been your experience thus far? Are Uber taxis readily available? This is specific to the Pretoria East area.

They are generally always available - they usually lurk around Menlyn Maine for the most part

I've used Uber and Bolt a few times in Pretoria. The only time that I had to wait more than 5 minutes was after midnight at a rose farm somewhere outside of Pretoria. Lockdown may have changed things though.
